My phone got smashed on Monday. I posted it for repair on Tuesday. It got to yourselves on Wednesday. On Thursday, it got repaired and was posted back. On Friday, I received my phone. 
Fantastic service. Only qualm was the fact that it was factory reset. Not sure why that needed to be done for a screen repair, but great service nonetheless. Well done!

I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to thank you for the speedy service and repair of my Xperia Z which had a cracked screen.

The official Sony repairers I went to had the phone for over a month, and apart from sending me an extortionate quote and losing the phone for 10 days, did nothing.

I sent you the phone on Tuesday and it's back on my desk, fully repaired and working on Friday. Fantastic work!!

Even better as I'm off for a 2 week tour of South America this evening so was resigned to not having my phone/camera with me.
