A Tour of Historical Malacca

Malacca is a vibrant city, full of character and colour. Indeed, it was conquered by the Portuguese, the Dutch, the British, then brought back to freedom with the Independence of Malaysia in 1957. Hence, it is easy to understand the unique character of the city as a consequence of such historical events.

We propose a Traditional and Heritage Tour of Malacca that covers the different main building left from the European seizures of power. It will give you the occasion to learn more about this city’s history, therefore to apprehend your visit with more awareness. Also, you will get to expand your knowledge and culture about the Peranakan people, by visiting the museum dedicated to them, The Baba and Nyonya Peranakan Museum. They are the descendants of Chinese immigrants who moved to the British settlement of Singapore, Penang and Malacca.
